1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 5play are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to provide supporting documentation before funds are released. 5play reserves the right to apply processing times and limits to withdrawals in accordance with its internal policies. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods, reverse transactions improperly, or exploit payment systems will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable service, we are not liable for any losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. 5play is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may result from your use of the platform, including losses related to gaming outcomes. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion.
